Hello! Velourza is ran by three friendly people!
Basically, we are Jiayu, Shantel and Shamilah. We sell things like instock apparels, instock accessories and many many more! We'll be bringing in pre-order soon. That's a promise. :) We'll need all of your support alright. Tell us what you'll like to see in our blogshop. We'll bring it to you, sweets! Velourza's opened 20 November 2010.
We don't scam, so we hope you won't play us out alright! It's alright to ask questions. Don't worry, we won't blacklist you for asking 101 questions and back out. Not unless you already sent in your order form and confirmed your orders alright. :) Make sure you mean it when you order okay. :)

Hello! Important notice.

I (Jiayu) will be removing some of my instocks as I've donated them to the salvation army! :)
Also, all of my handmade jewelries will be (MOST PROBABLY) updated at my own blogshop.
Not made yet, but will be made soon.
Reason being, it's a little confusing with everything crammed up here, pre-orders for stationery, jewelries, +++, instock apparels, instock accessories. It's getting a little confusing, even for me.

Also, this is kind of like a notice...

Some of our cappings for pre-orders is changed to NO CAPPINGS! So you'll get your things faster and also, it's part of our Christmas "promotion". :) We will not be doing any second pre-order for stationeries and pre-orders are ending in 23rd december, so grab them now! :) We MAY be bringing in transparent umbrellas if you guys want, and also roulailai wallets! So do check back for more updates yeah.

2) By confirming your orders and sending in your order form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
3) We do not accept bank transfers/ concealed cash, only meet-ups please. (:
4) Once we leave the meet-up place, we will have no responsibility of the items we sold to you anymore, any defects not checked carefully during payment will not be entertained.
5) Strictly no refunds after we sold the items. 6) No changes will be given so bring the correct amount of money during meet-ups!
7) Please ask and credit before using any images on our site.
8) No rushing us for pre-orders and be patient please. (:
9) For pre-orders, you will have to pay us first before we send in your orders. This is to ensure there are no dead buyers.
10) Any defects or colour difference for pre-order items will not be Velourza's responsibility. We will check the items beforehand.
11) Refunds will only be made if pre-order items are out of stock.
12) As for MIA suppliers, we will try to return you the full amount. As for transport fees, there will be no refunds.
13) Meet-up timing will try to be made to both ours and your convenience, if not, our convenience.
14) Please inform us 2 hours beforehand if you are going to be late/ want to change meet-up dates or timing. (:
15) No handphone = No deals, sorry about that. ):
16) Velourza's staffs have the right to edit any of the above terms and conditions at any time, so please check before ordering. Thanks loads!
