Hello! Velourza is ran by three friendly people!
Basically, we are Jiayu, Shantel and Shamilah. We sell things like instock apparels, instock accessories and many many more! We'll be bringing in pre-order soon. That's a promise. :) We'll need all of your support alright. Tell us what you'll like to see in our blogshop. We'll bring it to you, sweets! Velourza's opened 20 November 2010.
We don't scam, so we hope you won't play us out alright! It's alright to ask questions. Don't worry, we won't blacklist you for asking 101 questions and back out. Not unless you already sent in your order form and confirmed your orders alright. :) Make sure you mean it when you order okay. :)

Next collection of rings (and brooches +++) will be PYSSLA BEADS! Or what you call Perler beads, Hama beads or Pixel beads, but my brand is Pyssla so... PYSSLA BEADS! Haha. :) Assurance prices will be cheap okay. I realised some blogshops outside are selling Pyssla beads... overpriced. No one in particular people! Customizable and taking in requests! Pre-made designs are also available. Don't be afraid to ask. :) We'll be editing our blog layout soon. I realised some info are extra/ confusing. Ahh, sorry dearies.

A peep! Some designs available: Mustache, Peace (definitely!), Union Jack. Everything is nice! :) (At least to me, haha.) Even I love it myself. :) Currently it can only be made into Handphone charm and ring, need to go buy some chains and brooch base so you guys can wear it 'round tha neck or pin it on your bag to show the whole world! School's opening pretty soon. I promise it will be up sooner than that, so you guys can dress up your school bags!

1) No backing out/ changing of orders after submitting the order form and confirming your orders.
2) By confirming your orders and sending in your order form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

4) Once we leave the meet-up place, we will have no responsibility of the items we sold to you anymore, any defects not checked carefully during payment will not be entertained.

10) Any defects or colour difference for pre-order items will not be Velourza's responsibility. We will check the items beforehand.
11) Refunds will only be made if pre-order items are out of stock.
12) As for MIA suppliers, we will try to return you the full amount. As for transport fees, there will be no refunds.
13) Meet-up timing will try to be made to both ours and your convenience, if not, our convenience.
14) Please inform us 2 hours beforehand if you are going to be late/ want to change meet-up dates or timing. (:
15) No handphone = No deals, sorry about that. ):
16) Velourza's staffs have the right to edit any of the above terms and conditions at any time, so please check before ordering. Thanks loads!
